MozFest 2017, Level 6-603

Through scenarios and case studies, we explore the challenges of online expression, journalism and advocacy for those working and visiting repressive regimes. Case studies from Egypt and across the Gulf states will be presended. This is intended as a conversation between digital security experts and general audience at MozFest. The session will be convened by journalists, film makers and activists: Emmy award winning Saudi film maker Safa Al Ahmad, Ala'a Shehabi and Wael Eskender. Security expert Dr. Bill Marczak will be joining remotely from San Francisco.
